
Ari Liddell
Ari is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in renewable energy projects including technical due diligence for banks and investors, equipment procurement and energy resource assessment.
Ari has led the development of an Advisory Services Team in the UK which included an expansion into new markets including Poland and South Africa. Ari is Our Footprints Due Diligence specialist and is leading the team on a range of projects across the On-Shore Wind, Offshore-Wind, Solar and BESS industries.

Mike Davis
Mike specialises in Project Management and Health and Safety. Mike is a Chartered Engineer a member of ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers), and a Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety and Principal Designer accredited.
Mike has managed the delivery of over 15 renewable energy projects – including on- and offshore-wind, solar, and battery storage – and his experience enables him to turn his hand to any project role. Recently Mike was H&S /QC lead for a 330MW solar farm in Vietnam, and is currently leading on the construction of a 62MW wind farm in Scotland, and the Civil Engineering lead on the pre-construction phase of a 85.5MW wind farm also in Scotland.

John Dixon
John has over 35 years’ experience in Engineering and Project Management. John is a Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and has spent the last 18 years working in Construction Project Management for the renewables industry.
John has worked on high profile projects such as the 48 turbine Fallago Rig in the Scottish Borders which included the first 400kV grid connection. John has provided project management services to a major wind farm in Kazakhstan and is currently working on a new wind farm in Scotland for Our Footprints.

Paul Burrell
Paul is an experienced senior project manager and renewable energy project manager.
Paul is accomplished in project development from feasibility through to planning and financial management, procurement, installation and operation and maintenance. Client and stakeholder liaison are key skill sets of Paul and he has delivered multiple successful renewable energy projects. Paul has also worked specifically on Enercon WTG projects including O&M, reactive works and installation since 2017.

Erin Lachs
Erin is a Chartered Engineer with experience in the design, project management and commissioning of renewable power generation and electrical distribution networks.
With a firm background in engineering design, and a proven ability to lead project teams, Erin heads-up our electrical engineering department whilst managing a range of his own projects. He started his career in electricity generation, distribution and transmission as a protection and control design engineer for a major power utility contractor. He went on to lead engineering teams for a UK grid connection consultancy, assisting in the connection of over 150MW of wind, solar and energy storage. He then spent a number of years with an international solar farm developer, leading the design and project management of over 200MW of medium-scale grid connected solar farms across Europe and LATAM. At Our Footprints, Erin provides electrical consultancy, project management and concept designs across various wind, solar and battery projects. He also provides oversight and management across all of Our Footprints electrical engineers.

Rebecca Sykes
Rebecca is a technical specialist in ecologically centred design thinking, hydrodynamics and offshore wind.

QAISAR MEHFOOZ
A results-driven Electrical Engineering graduate with strong expertise in sustainable energy systems, electrical design, and infrastructure projects. Experienced in renewable technologies, microgrid modelling, embedded generation impact analysis, and system optimisation. Proficient in industry-standard tools and committed to delivering safe, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions. A collaborative team player focused on sustainability, continuous learning, and high-quality project outcomes.

JONNEY WISE
A focused and flexible person, having worked in some very challenging environments including for HM Armed Forces, Private Security, Commercial Deep Sea Diver and LGV Driver. Jonney has both GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) which covers Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and bolt tightening as well as Basic Safety Training (BST) ensuring he is well placed to undertake Wind Turbine inspections.

ROBERT BROCKLEHURST
Robert is experienced in the construction of wind farm, working with both civils contractors and wind farm developers. Robert has worked on the construction of over 18 wind farms and a battery energy storage project. In addition, he has experience of supporting wind farm development through ground level surveys, delivery routes and the design of access roads and crane pads.

Juan Fernandez Morilla
Over 10 years’ experience in delivering Solar PV, Wind, Hydro and Biomass projects.
Juan has a great track record of ensuring projects run to budget, quality, safety, scope and time constraints. He has managed multiple wind farm projects through pre-development and development phases, collaboration with planning and legal teams, as well as solar PV projects from system design to commission phase.

RICHARD LOWE
A confident team leader with 20 years’ experience in developing and delivering energy projects in the public and private sectors.
A solar PV specialist, proficient in the design, procurement, financing and delivery of complex programmes of low carbon technologies.
Project Management for the delivery of PV solar project from conception, through development, pre-construction (including design and planning), construction, to operation.
Project managing the appointed principal contractor – reviewing RAMS, appointing clerk of works/ employer’s agent, monitoring key risks to achieving the contracted programme.

Gareth Howell
Over 30 years’ experience within the Civil Engineering industry
Gareth’s experience covers a wide range of engineering design, infrastructure and energy construction projects. A lead of multi-disciplinary teams, managing stakeholder participation through all stages of project delivery, specializing in technically challenging schemes, where ground, topography and environmental conditions require innovative solutions.

Roxana Stavru
Finance Manager with specialisations in multi-currency payments and inter-company reconciliations
With extensive experience in banking and finance, Roxana is highly skilled and a benefit to the Our Footprints team. Roxana has worked closely with companies in Europe, UK and USA, and has experience in business financial analysis with the purpose of guiding strategy decisions. Roxana is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Jon Lees
Project Manager and Engineer
With a background in Aerospace Engineering, Jon is capable in ensuring quality from the beginning to the end of a project. Engaged in the Our Footprints Graduate Training Programme, Jon is experienced in site and construction management, stakeholder liaison and upholding high H&S standards. He has experience in both leading teams and working in challenging locations, providing a diverse set of skills.

Abu-Dujana Hadi
Project Manager and Engineer with experience in renewable installations
Abu is a valuable team member who is accomplished at design and installation management for utility scale renewable energy schemes. An MSc Renewable Energy Engineering has given Abu a valuable and comprehensive understanding of all applicable technologies, legislation, planning and economics. He is currently engaged in Our Footprints’ graduate training programme.

Matt Adams

Matt is a talented Mechanical Engineer and is currently engaged in Our Footprints’ graduate training programme. Experienced in liaising with stakeholders, communicating progress as well as potential risks. Matt is a strong team player with a focus on process, procedure and ensuring projects run smoothly.

Corinne is an experienced SHEQ professional with extensive managerial, risk management, investigative and advisory experience. With a proven track record of over 20 years across multiple industries including renewable energy; civil engineering; manufacturing; utilities (electric and media); building construction and housing maintenance.

Ruth Kemsley
Chartered Engineer with expertise in renewable electrical engineering.
Ruth’s diverse skill set encompasses project management, advisory roles, and a strong focus on innovative solutions. Her global impact includes contributions to an award-winning off-grid system and various projects worldwide.
Beyond her extensive experience in distribution and transmission grid-connected projects in the UK, South Africa, Kazakhstan, and other countries, Ruth has cultivated a unique specialization in off-grid and island projects. Her advisory role with the St Helena government involved crafting a 20-year energy strategy, identifying short-medium term power system improvement projects, and acting as technical adviser during the upgrade of its 11kV diesel-wind power system. She has worked on the development and growth of several off-grid hybrid renewable power systems in the Scottish islands, showcasing a dedication to fostering sustainable energy solutions in diverse and challenging environments.

Agnès Fontaine
Agnès is an experienced renewable energy engineer.
With 18+ years’ of global experience in renewable energy engineering, fluent in three languages and certified as a European Engineer and Chartered Engineer, Agnès brings a wealth of experience to the team.
Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of renewable energy technologies including onshore and offshore wind, solar, and BESS technologies, with a talent for guiding remote international teams.
Agnès specializes in coordinating technical due diligence for renewable projects worldwide. Her skills range from financial model reviews, noise studies, energy yield assessments to optimising wind turbine performance.

JULIE WYNNE
For the last 17 years Julie has been involved in all aspects of the development sector from the planning phase, through to construction and operation in a wide range of roles. Julie has a background in environmental project management, having worked on EIAs for a variety of infrastructure projects and project managing environmental and planning aspects for onshore wind schemes during the pre-construction and construction phases. In recent years, Julie has been working in a Project Management focussed role involved in procurement, contract management, engagement and management of consultants, financial management, contractor management and internal progress reporting.

ANNE-MARIE SMITH
Annie is an experienced SHEQ professional with extensive managerial, site support, investigative and advisory experience. With a proven track record of over 17 years across multiple industries from private sector, Tier 1 Construction contractor, central and local government, 3rd sector including renewable energy; utilities (media); building construction and housing maintenance. Significant experience in duty holder for key ‘Big Six’ compliance duties.

ROB CLUNAS
Having completed a BSc in Green Technology and having always had a keen interest in renewables, Rob brings a diverse range of skills to the team. Rob is well versed in drafting comprehensive and technical funding bids to secure 6 and 7 figure grants from various sources including UK government, local authorities and corporate partners in line with their ESG/CSR policies. He has helped deliver several multimillion pound capital projects all with an element of renewables.

Shreya Chaware
A Civil Engineer specialized in sustainable transport infrastructure design and renewable energy projects, leveraging technical expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and advanced software tools. With hands-on experience in road and bridge design, pavement evaluation, and project management, gained through internships and collaborative projects, thrive in multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments. Shreya completed her MSc(Eng) Transport Infrastructure: Design and Construction recently.

MIGUEL ANGEL PANS CASTILLO
Miguel has an Integrated Master’s degree (MEng) in Chemical Engineering awarded by the University of Valencia, Spain, and a PhD in Chemical and Environmental Engineering awarded by the University of Zaragoza, Spain.
His PhD research was focused on hydrogen production with CO2 capture by steam reforming of CH4coupled with a Chemical-Looping Combustion system. After his PhD, Miguel worked 3 years as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Nottingham. At Nottingham he performed research on biomass combustion in fluidized bed systems. After this, Miguel spent five and a half years working as a research associate at the Centre for Renewable Energy Systems Technology (CREST) at Loughborough University. At Loughborough, Miguel carried out the modelling and optimisation of a 4th generation district heating system supplied with heat generated from renewable sources and a selection of different types of thermal energy storage systems. He found that providing heat by means of the proposed smart energy systems can significantly reduce the levelized cost of heat while both reducing/removing CO2 emissions and maximising the energy efficiency of the system.

Kathryn Fraser
Kathryn is an experienced business development professional and board level executive
Having worked in renewables for the last 15 years Kathryn has a multidisciplinary skill set in strategy, emerging markets, and business management. She is responsible for business development of the company, from managing the tendering process to client management and contributing to shaping the strategy for growth.

Lewis Whitmarsh
Lewis, an Aerospace Engineering graduate, is currently advancing through the Our Footprints’ Graduate Training Programme.
With a focus on wind energy systems, project management, and quality management, he brings both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his role. Lewis thrives as a supportive team player, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Vicky Stock
Vicky has 15 years’ experience team management and development
Having worked in the charity sector as well as retail, Vicky has gained knowledge and experience around Mental Health, wellbeing, customer relations and target customers, KPIs, stock control, staff training and administrational management.
Vicky looks after HR administration including training and recruitment, as well as day-to-day support to the team with travel arrangements and assistance with expenses and finances.

NEIL MCMULLEN
Neil is an experienced Project manager able to lead successful and productive teams.
Neil works effectively to provide practical solutions for the delivery of projects. With experience in Contestable grid connections and Renewable energy projects including solar, onshore and offshore wind as Project Manager and Principal Contractor.

ALLYSON SAVAGE
A Health, Safety and Wellbeing specialist with over 10 years of industrial experience.
Allyson is a health and safety professional who began her H&S role within the renewable industry before moving to the gas industry (gas distribution) as part of the EH&S Strategy team, and also having some involvement in the hydrogen project, before moving to help establish the Occupational Health team into the business and focusing more on the health & wellbeing of colleagues and external customers.

LEWIS JOHNSTONE
Lewis is an engineering consultant and project manager with a range of experience in renewable energy and sustainability projects.
Lewis has experience in consultancy services for low carbon heating, EV charging, energy systems, Solar and BESS projects. A team player with excellent communication skills, Lewis is accomplished in stakeholder communication, project management and project delivery.

Pat Madden
Pat is an experienced Civil Engineer with a track record of managing and overseeing multi-disciplined construction projects in the UK and overseas.
Pat has successfully delivered over 28 renewable energy projects, and this is backed up by experience of heavy civil engineering projects including; bridges, nuclear buildings and water retaining structures.

Moldir Orymbekova
Moldir is an Assistant Project Manager, having worked on the 100MW Astana Expo Wind Farm in Kazakhstan.
Moldir has worked in heavy engineering for 7 years and is a degree qualified engineer and project manager. Moldir has great attention to detail and is skilled in translation and interpretation between English and Russian. She provides assistance and day-to-day support for ongoing projects.

Cassandra Hope
Cassie has worked in the Renewable industry for over 15 years’
With a background in Administration and Marketing, Cassie is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the business overseeing marketing, finance, HR including securing UK visa sponsorship licences, policies and procedures including the ISO 9001 accreditation and general administration support.

Jamie Cornish
Jamie is a civil, mechanical and renewable energy engineer with over 30 years’ experience in renewables. Jamie is currently responsible for the management of wind projects with a capacity of 200MW. He recently completed – in the role of Project Director – three solar PV plants in Vietnam with a combined capacity of 330MWp.
In his time in the renewable energy sector, Jamie has managed the procurement, design and construction of over 40 renewable energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, hydro and hybrid energy schemes. In addition to managing the construction process, as Owner’s Engineer and Principal Designer, Jamie has acted as Bank’s Engineer on a number of large renewable energy schemes, and advised clients on the technical aspects of renewable energy projects. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds the CREST Renewable Energy Technologies MSc.
